JRB Projects (PTY) LTD was founded by Fadiel Joseph (Architecture) and Vernon Rhyneveldt (Construction). We identified a gap in the market and established our company, combining our collective knowledge base and experience. Our company is modelled on a one-stop system where your dream house/building can be both designed and constructed, by one entity, realizing your dream from start to finish.

JRB Projects covers a wide spectrum of Building Disciplines including Architecture, Construction and Maintenance. All our projects are separated within three subdivisions, Maintenance being the first, followed by Architecture and Residential Construction. Our third and biggest tier is large scale Architecture and Development. We also do Structural and Engineering and Insurance Claims Accessing.

Between our partners, we have combined experience of 24 years. We have completed projects in various areas including Southern and Northern Suburbs of the Western Cape, spanning from Wynberg, Ottery, Cape Town CBD, to Sandrift and stretching all the way to the Atlantic Seaboard.

Our industry experience allows us to perform within the Lower, Middle – and Upper markets and we pride ourselves in constantly delivering on our promise of Impeccable Quality Standards, Attention to Detail and Client Centricity.
